In the Mind Of... Story Ideas of the Past

During my middle school and high school years I wrote a lot and had a billion ideas in my head. Many of those ideas never went anywhere but a few I liked so much that I wrote them down swearing I'd one day get to them. I couple I started writing - a scene here, a paragraph there - but nothing really came from it. I have a handful of started pieces that I still love the concept for, but have not been able to get back to them to continue writing. When I was in High School I kept a little book filled with story ideas that I was planning on getting to at one point. I still have that with my old material and sometime I skim it to see what strange ideas I had back then.
Some of these ideas are very basic such as: girl runs away from home and is found by shifters.
Others are a little more structed with a simple plot outline and character names and basic details.
Others now make very little sense... like this one.
-Girl lost in a fire - found by werewolves - raised by werewolves (Hey not a horrible start) -Found by hunters - put up for adoption - take in by a human (well... how did the hunters find her? and why would hunters up her up for adoption?)
-Found by werewolves - looks for mother (which mother? the same werewolves?)
After reading it through a handful of times I think I remember some of the plot behind it... but my high school brain really wanted me to think later in life. This is totally a, "That's future me's problem" situation.
What could you do with this plot idea? How would you write it? Let me know in the comments below.
