Summer Reading Log - Current Read

With summer nearly over and the fall activities of school and extra curricular activities in our future, it's important that I finish up my current summer reads. So, what am I currently readings?

Well, this summer I shifted gears and read mostly ARCs for other people. I don't do this often, as there is commonly a deadline and I don't always have time to read as I'd like, but I have seen a few and I wanted a chance to get some reading in and help other authors.

So far, I've read two dark fantasies, a mafia romance, and I'm currently working on an LGTBG+ contemporary romance. I have two more I signed up for that will be sent sometime in mid-August/early September, from there I will likely be done with ARCs for awhile as I return to the school year life.

But who knows, maybe come next summer I'll be picking up some more. :) Have you read any ARCs? What do you enjoy or dislike about doing so? Let me know in the comments below, and check for updates, who knows... one of my next book reviews might just be for an arc I read this summer.
