What are you Reading?

Welcome to another installment of... What are you reading?

For my January PD (Professional Development) Day at work, we did a Secret Santa gift exchange. If you wanted to participate you had to fill out a "About Me" page that asks favorite things, hobbies, and so on. I of course wrote that I write and love to read fantasy novels.

So here we are on PD day and I'm opening my gift from my Secret Santa. Inside is a beautiful mug and some hot chocolate mix (some good materials to have while reading a book) and a fantasy novel, Fourth Wing.

I have not had a chance to read Fourth Wing and surprising not heard much about it. My Secret Santa turned out to be a fellow reader and this was her favorite fantasy book.

So! I started reading it (she had caught me between books). I am now reading the second in the series, Iron Flame. If you haven't read the book before it is very action packed with great flow and wonderful characters.

If you enjoy dragons, academy books and some light war, violence and gore (light is sarcastic) then you may want to check this series out!
