Are you even writing?

Hello again!

People lately have been asking me, "Are you even writing?" so I've come to answer everybody who has asked in one easy to read/sum up blog.

Sort of?

So as you all know I have been hitting up a lot of signings in the last few months, as well as a couple pod-casts/read alouds. On top of that I have been working my full time job and my part time job. My oldest is off to college later this month and my car sort of blew up (not really but there was plenty of smoke I assumed it was going to). With that all said... my writing has slowed some. In the past couple months I think I've written maybe five chapters. I've done some plotting and I did a light edit. I am hoping with the slow of events to pick up back again. The goal is to still have something out early next year though!

What am I working on? Well funny you should ask... I'm still jumping between Where Will You Go and Theirs, but I also have a new cover for Book Three of Secrets of Darkness (Book One being Where Will You Go) and so now I want to work on that again... I know, I'm a little crazy. I am also working on Brink of War (Book two of Ruins of War) but my co-writer KD Ellis is also working on her own things and we are a little split on how to work it so it best fits what we need in the story, because of that, it has slowed again.

I have been super excited to see everyone at events and I thank those who purchased a book greatly! I am still writing but life seems to be giving me things to jump over so I can keep at a steady pace. We shall see where the next few months led me.
